2 canisters instant crescent rolls
6 eggs
1/2 package of Veggie Sausage
1/2 lb grated Cheddar cheese
Spread the crescent rolls out flat on a cookie tray and bake for 10 minutes
Scramble the eggs
Sauté the sausage (meat sausage will obviously work as well if you're so inclined.
Crumble the eggs & sauage on the crescent roll crust
Cover w/ cheese & bake until melted
Season w/ ranch dressing, hot sauce & herbs to taste
